Upload custom fields from your file
1. Select Workplace governance.
2. Press Users and select the Properties tab. If no custom fields are defined, the screen below is displayed.
3. Press the Upload flat file button.
4. Select your file.
5. Press Upload.
If required, you can upload custom fields from a new file: press the upload button, then select your file and press Upload.
The list of custom fields is displayed.
Delete custom fields
Select one or more custom fields and press the Delete (trash) button.
Tip: Select the checkbox next to Field name to select all custom fields.
Note: You can't delete custom fields that are used in one or more rules.
Create filter rules
1. Select Workplace governance.
2. Select the Rules tab.
3. Press + Rule or + Ruleset.
4. Select AND or OR.
5. Select one of the custom fields you defined from the drop-down list.
6. Select the required operator from the drop-down list.
7. Enter the required value to use as filter.
8. Add as many rules and rulesets you need to build the required filter.
9. Press Save.
In the example below, the filter will select users:
- whose Country contains Italy
AND - whose Job title contains Sales AND
- whose Team does not contain Junior
You can now send your data to Workplace. Only the user data that matches your filter will be sent.
